As a key project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, T3 has set extremely stringent criteria for the selection of supporting facilities. Relying on over 20 years of experience in sports venue construction, Asher Sports successfully won the bid for projects including the football field. With its strong core strength, it has become a trusted partner of the airport and achieved in-depth cooperation with this world-class hub.

This collaboration is a resonance of the philosophies of both parties. Based on the characteristics of high-frequency usage and complex working conditions of the airport scenario, Asher Sports takes international top-tier event standards as the core, paired with exclusive high-end materials and craftsmanship, and customizes professional solutions for the venue. The football field is constructed in accordance with FIFA certification standards, paved with M-type artificial turf with 13,500-pound heavy grass filaments and matched with a Z-stitch PU bottom structure. This design greatly enhances the adhesion of grass filaments and the elasticity of the venue. Its shock absorption rate and anti-slip performance both meet competitive-grade standards, which can effectively reduce the risk of sports injuries for staff and fully meet the airport's core demands for "high quality, high stability and high safety".

Product Introduction

Artificial turf is mostly manufactured from polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), and can also be produced using materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyamide. The turf blades are dyed green to mimic natural grass, and UV absorbers must be added during production. The height of grass filaments ranges from 8mm to 75mm. Compared with natural grass, artificial turf has unique inherent properties that make it far superior to natural grass in both appearance and performance. At present, artificial turf available on the market is mainly divided into two categories: sports turf and landscape & leisure turf. Sports turf is mostly used for football fields, hockey fields, golf courses, gateball courts and other sports venues.
